Privacy Policy

1. Who is responsible

Turaga Somaraja Vidyasagar, trading as ANTRION, Hyderabad, Telangana, India, is the Data Fiduciary / data controller for CHITRAVA. Contact: support@antrion.in.

2. What we collect

• Account data: email, name, and Google profile name if you use Google sign-in.
• Content: product photos, product details, brand settings, and the images and text we generate for you.
• Payment records: plan, amount, date and Razorpay payment ID. Card/UPI details are handled only by Razorpay.
• Technical data: login sessions, basic logs and error reports needed for security and fixing problems.

3. Why we use it

• To provide the service: analyse photos and generate your selling kits (contract).
• To process payments, credits and refunds (contract, legal obligation).
• To keep the service secure and prevent abuse (legitimate use).
• To answer support requests (your request).

We do not use your photos to train our own AI models, and we do not show you ads.

4. Who we share it with

• Cloud hosting and database providers that store data for us.
• AI model providers that process your photos and text to generate outputs, under their business terms.
• Razorpay, for payments.
• Authorities, only where required by law.

Some providers may process data outside India. We use reputable providers with appropriate safeguards.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your content while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your profile, photos and outputs within 30 days, except payment records we must keep for up to 8 years for tax and accounting law.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct, download and delete your data. Use Settings → Your data in the app, or email us. Region-specific rights are explained in our DPDP notice, GDPR notice and US privacy notice.

7. Security

Data is encrypted in transit, photos are stored privately and only you can access them through time-limited links. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify you and authorities of breaches as the law requires.

8. Cookies

We use only essential storage for sign-in. See the Cookie Policy.

9. Children

CHITRAVA is for adults running a business. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

10. Changes and complaints

We will post updates here. Complaints go to our Grievance Officer.
