Terms of Service

1. Who we are

CHITRAVA is operated by Turaga Somaraja Vidyasagar, an individual trading under the business name "ANTRION", with principal place of business in Hyderabad, Telangana, India ("we", "us"). Contact: support@antrion.in.

2. The service

CHITRAVA turns product photos you upload into selling content: images, captions, titles, descriptions and similar material generated with artificial intelligence ("Outputs").

3. Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
• Keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Give accurate information. One person or business per account.

4. Selling kit packs and payments

• CHITRAVA works on prepaid packs of selling kits. There is no free plan and no subscription.
• Each selling kit or campaign uses 1 kit from your balance. Regenerating a single image uses a small part of a kit. Text content is included.
• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and are the final price payable. We are not currently registered for GST, so no GST is charged.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card or UPI details.
• Kits do not expire while your account is active, are not transferable and have no cash value except as described in our Refund Policy.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos and information you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store and process them only to provide the service to you. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload and that it does not infringe anyone's rights or break any law.

6. Outputs

Subject to these terms and payment, you may use Outputs for any lawful commercial purpose. AI output can contain mistakes. You must review every Output before publishing — including product details, prices, claims and compliance with marketplace rules. Similar Outputs may be generated for other users.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use CHITRAVA to create illegal, misleading, obscene, hateful or infringing content; to depict real people without consent; to sell prohibited goods; to misrepresent products; or to attack, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

8. Availability

We aim to keep CHITRAVA running reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features described as "coming soon" or on our roadmap are not part of what you buy today.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is". Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost sales or marketplace penalties. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 that cannot be excluded.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or end accounts for breach of these terms. Unused kits on accounts closed for breach are forfeited.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights where you live.

13. Changes and grievances

We may update these terms; we will show the new date above and notify you of material changes. Complaints can be raised through our Grievance Officer.
